Our shop is open year-round. Custom orders are accepted on a rolling basis, though lead times vary by season and current demand. If you're working toward a specific date — a gift, an event, or a brand launch — tell us upfront and we'll confirm whether we can meet it.

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location. Every order is packaged to arrive flat, clean, and undamaged.

Ready-made pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Custom orders typically take 2–4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed, depending on size and complexity. You'll receive a clear timeline estimate when we confirm your order.

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking once your piece is on its way. For custom orders, we may send progress photos at key stages — we like showing our work.

We use premium yarn on a durable, latex-backed foundation cloth. Our standard range includes soft, high-pile acrylic yarn in a wide colour palette. For custom orders, we also work with wool blends, cotton, and specialty fibres depending on the design and use case.

Our rugs are built to be lived with. The backing is latex-sealed to prevent shedding and fraying, and the pile is tufted to a consistent depth for even wear over time. With regular use and basic care, a Manic Rug holds its look for years.

Yes. We use non-toxic yarn and a latex backing that is safe for residential use. If you have specific sensitivities or material requirements, let us know when placing a custom order and we'll accommodate where we can.

Every rug is hand-tufted by us. This is not mass production — each piece is made by hand, one at a time, with real attention paid to design, pile height, and finish quality. We're a small, focused studio and it shows in the work.

All rugs are produced in our studio. We oversee every stage of the process, from stretching the backing to finishing and sealing the edges. There's no outsourcing and no shortcuts — what you see is exactly what we made.
